Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator II to be responsible to plan, execute and complete projects on time and within budget. Acting as the central figure who coordinates resources, manages risks, tracks progress, and ensure goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
  • Review project proposals and customer specification to develop project plans and objectives.
  • Create and revise project documentation as required per the supplier document list (SDL)
  • Work as a liaison between departments, suppliers and the customer to address project design requirements.
  • Review project proposal to determine time frame, funding, limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
  • Directs activities of staff to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
  • Provides technical advice to project staff and meets with them on a regular basis to review program status, resolve problems, and plan future actions.
  • Prepares project reports for management and advises status on a regular basis.
  • Interfaces with customers on schedules, meetings, problems and program status.
  • Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and cost controls.
  • Monitor job site progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with engineering and administration teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree ( not essential)
  • 2+ years of related project management experience
  • Skilled in time management, prioritizing and managing changing priorities
  • Strong project management, problem solving, and customer service skills.
  • Strong financial management and contract administration skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Proven ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently.
  • High Level of Attention to Detail
  • Proactively Identify Problems and Evaluate Options
